How You Store & Maintain Products
At AHM, our cast marble products are carefully packed in sturdy wooden crates designed to protect the material during transport. However, these crates are not intended for extended storage. Storing the materials beyond the recommended period can cause warping or bowing, particularly in panels, which may affect installation and lead to potential breakage.
Once the crates are unloaded from the container, it is essential to store them indoors in a temperature-controlled environment. If installation is delayed, the materials should be stored on a flat surface and covered with a heavy-duty waterproof tarp to protect them from damage. It is important to note that AHM is not responsible for replacing materials that have been stained, discolored, or damaged due to improper storage or exposure to the elements.
For storage in environments where the temperature falls below 50°F, special care should be taken, as the panels are more prone to breakage in colder temperatures during handling.

From the moment your order is placed to the pre-scheduled delivery date, our dedicated Shipping Department oversees each step to guarantee that your products arrive in perfect condition. Our shipping specialists carefully determine the most efficient shipping routes based on your project’s specific requirements, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free delivery process.
Once the manufacturing process is complete, your products are meticulously crated and stored in our warehouse until they are ready to be shipped to your designated location.

Unloading Instructions
- Proper Handling is key to maintaining the integrity of our cast marble products. When transferring crates, a forklift is required to move them to the designated storage area. To ensure safety and product stability, the stacking of crates should not exceed 4 crates in height, as excessive stacking may compromise the structural integrity of both the crates and the panels inside.
- It is crucial to handle one crate at a time, ensuring careful unloading and safe handling procedures. For efficient and safe movement, a forklift with a minimum lifting capacity of 5000 lbs and 72-inch forks is required due to the length and weight of the crates. Additionally, a pallet jack with a minimum load capacity of 4000 lbs and 48-inch forks is recommended for moving the crates and pallets.
- By following these guidelines, we ensure that our products remain in excellent condition from the time they leave our facility until they are installed in your project.
"AHM CULTURED MARBLE PRODUCTS" MUST BE STORED INSIDE IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKED CRATES UNTIL INSTALLATION TO BE DONE. ALL CAST MARBLE PRODUCTS TO BE INSTALLED WITHIN 45 DAYS AFTER THE MATERIAL ARRIVES ON SITE.
Terms of Use
- All AHM INDIA products must be stored in a temperature-controlled indoor facility immediately upon unloading. Crates should be placed on a flat, stable surface and covered with a waterproof tarp if installation is delayed. Storing materials beyond the recommended period may lead to warping or bowing, affecting the structural integrity of the products.
- AHM INDIA is not responsible for any damage, including staining, discoloration, or warping, that occurs due to improper storage or prolonged exposure to elements such as sunlight, humidity, or extreme temperatures.
- To prevent damage, all crates must be transported using a forklift with a minimum lifting capacity of 5000 lbs and 72-inch forks. Stacking should not exceed four crates in height to maintain stability. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in structural issues, for which AHM INDIA is not liable.
- AHM INDIA packages all products in sturdy wooden crates designed to provide maximum protection during transit. However, these crates are meant solely for short-term storage. Customers are encouraged to move materials to appropriate indoor storage as soon as possible to prevent potential damage.
- AHM INDIA ensures the secure and timely shipment of products, with careful planning by the Shipping Department to meet the project’s specific requirements. Customers are encouraged to coordinate closely with AHM INDIA to confirm all delivery arrangements and facilitate smooth handling.
